Accordion support
Accordion turns rough notes into a message, an email or a document, and the window's height sets how long it is. Make the window shorter for a TLDR, or taller for more detail. Everything is written on your Mac with Apple Intelligence.
Getting started
Type, paste or dictate your notes in Raw notes. You can also drop in a text file, PDF, Word document or image, and Accordion adds its text. Switch to Result, then drag the window's bottom edge. While you drag, the window shows the length it's at, and when you let go the result is rewritten to fit.
Lengths
A short window gives a TLDR, two sentences at most. A medium one gives a Brief with the key figures. A tall one gives a Detailed version with the reasoning and supporting data. Command-Minus and Command-Equals step between them.
Formats
Accordion works out whether your notes are for a chat message, an email or a document. To choose one yourself, use the Format menu in the toolbar or the View menu.
Apple Intelligence
Accordion needs a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on in System Settings. If Accordion says Apple Intelligence is off when it's on, check that Siri uses the same language as your Mac, in System Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri. Apple Intelligence works only when they match.
